Located in the eastern part of Slovenia, in the middle of beautiful nature, near the Croatian border, Istenič Winery produces traditional sparkling wines. One of their peculiarities is the focus on the old traditional grape variety Rumeni Plavec, which adds a true local character to Istenič sparkling wines. Chef de cuisine of the TV Tower restaurant, talented young chef Mihkel Kalbus pairs these tender bubbles,  traditional Slovenian sparkling wines with Estonian modern cuisine.

The wines at the dinner will be introduced  by the owner of the winery, Miha Istenič.
